instant, and would also state that we duly received your letter

of 20th ulto., which we handed to the Attorney General.

We do not admit that our claim to be considered

secured creditors under the Collateral Agreement is invalid, but

if it is eventually decided that we are not entitled to the assets

in question, we shall of course account for any sums paid in to us

under the assumption that the relative goods were under lien to us.

We would wish you to clearly understand that the Bank

has no intention of laying claim to property to which they

have not a legal title.

We agree with the terme laid down in your letter of

9th September to Mr. Carl Bunje.
